She is currently the Managing Director of the Founder Institute (Abuja), the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator founded in Silicon Valley in 2009 by Adeo Ressi and Jonathan Greechan,and since 2020 she has led the operations team in Abuja, Nigeria to launch 70+ SAAS technology startups with a mentor network of over 200 CEO mentors.

She is also a venture partner at White Hibiscus Capital, a Delaware early stage VC firm that invests in Pre-Seed Commerce enabling Technologies Fund with focus on working with talented founders in West Africa
